- Divide clean, wet hair into sections. Apply to each section from root to ends, raking through to ensure even distribution. Scrunch to encourage curl definition or style as desired—no gel needed. For fine curls, start with a little and add more as needed.
Shipping and returns
Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are excluded; business hours are counted during normal operating days, not continuously. Estimated transit after dispatch is 3–5 business days. Preparation and transit are separate periods. Carrier delays, remote locations and exceptional conditions can extend estimates; delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Our voluntary return window is 45 calendar days after delivery for eligible unused items. Contact us before sending a return. Product-specific exclusions must be disclosed before purchase; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
